Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item). Please contact us at info@silkandash.co.uk for the returns address. Return labels are not provided.

Return Policy

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, or unaltered, with all tags attached.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Products made to order are non-returnable.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Products
To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please contact our customer service team via email at info@silkandash.co.uk

  2. Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Please note that all damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Return of Goods
If the size isn't right or you'd like to change the color, you can return the item. However, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging or with the original retail tag.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products
We recommend inspecting the packages you receive for damage. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your return. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Also, contact your payment provider. It may take some time for your funds to be credited. Then, contact the appropriate institution. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted.

Exchanges
Yes, we're happy to help you exchange your item for a different size, color, or model. Please contact us, and we'll provide detailed instructions. Please note that the item must be returned, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
