Order Processing Time:
1-2 business days, processed Monday to Friday.

Delivery Time:
2-9 business days, shipped Monday to Friday.

Shipping Costs:
Free shipping.

Orders can be placed until 10:00 PM to be processed the same day.

Cancelling Your Order:
Your order is fully refundable if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us if you wish to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.

Tracking Your Order:
To track your shipment, visit the Order Tracking page and enter your order number or email address. 

Order Cannot Be Tracked:
If you are experiencing issues with your tracking number or parcel delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to update. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but your order will still be delivered. Please contact us once you have the estimated delivery time.

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom.
